Returns & Store Credit Policy

Thank you for shopping with A Unique Boutique by Jeanette. Because we curate limited quantities of high-quality designer pieces from brands like Queen of Sparkles, Hale Bob, Gretchen Scott, Frank Lyman, Ivy Jane, and our other featured collections, our return policy is designed to keep our inventory fresh and available to all of our customers.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

Due to the limited quantity and high quality of our products, we do not offer refunds for any online purchase. We encourage you to use our size charts to choose the size that fits you best, and to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about fit, fabric, or styling.

Store Credit for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We hope you love every piece, but if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your purchase
  • We offer store credit (not refunds) for items that arrive damaged or were delivered in error
  • Items must be received back in store within 14 days of the purchase date to qualify for store credit
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our end

To start a return, email us at jeanette@auniqueboutique.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Item Condition Requirements

To be accepted for store credit, returned items must arrive in their original, unworn condition. We are unable to accept items that are:

  • Missing original tags
  • Showing signs of wear
  • Damaged or altered in any way
  • Carrying any odor (perfume, smoke, deodorant, etc.)
  • Stained or soiled in any way

Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Items

The following are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:

  • Holiday items
  • Seasonal items
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased using store credit

Exchanges

In some cases, an exchange may be approved by the owner. Approved exchanges are subject to a $25 restocking fee, paid by the customer. Please email jeanette@auniqueboutique.com to request an exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and item selection before completing checkout.

Local Pickup Orders

Items selected for in-store pickup are held for 24 hours from our ready-for-pickup notification. If you need more time, simply reply to your pickup email and let us know — we’re happy to work with you.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours without prior arrangement will be restocked, and a store credit will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.

Inspect Your Order on Arrival

Please inspect all items as soon as your order arrives. If there is any issue, email us at jeanette@auniqueboutique.com within 2 days of delivery so we can offer the best possible solution.

Store Credit Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for store credits to process once your returned item has been received and inspected.
