Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with A Unique Boutique by Jeanette. We carefully pack and ship every order from our boutique with the same attention to detail we bring to curating our designer collections — Queen of Sparkles, Hale Bob, Tizzie Lizzie, Gretchen Scott, Vilagallo, Alden Adair, Nic + Zoe, Frank Lyman, AZI, Oh La La, Ivy Jane, and our other featured brands.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, holiday weeks, and high-volume seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
After your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number and invoice. Some email providers may filter our messages — please add jeanette@auniqueboutique.com to your address book and check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you provide your mobile number at checkout, we’ll send shipping updates by SMS as well.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Local Pickup — FREE
Available at Collard Jewelers. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you the moment your order is ready.
- Pickup orders are held for 24 hours from our ready-for-pickup notification
- If you need more time, simply reply to your pickup email and let us know — we’re happy to work with you
- Orders not picked up within 24 hours without prior arrangement will be restocked, and a store credit will be issued less a 15% restocking fee
Estimated transit times (once the package leaves our boutique):
- 3–4 business days for most U.S. destinations
- 5–7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We’re confident in both UPS and USPS and will do everything in our power to ensure a fast delivery, but we don’t operate the mail truck — please check carrier websites at ups.com or usps.com for live tracking once your order ships.
Shipping timelines may be affected by peak seasons, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we ship quickly, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and item selection before completing checkout. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us right away at jeanette@auniqueboutique.com and we’ll do our best — but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. A Unique Boutique is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Reshipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility
- We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges to resend an item that was incorrectly or improperly addressed
- Refused packages or those returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded to the original payment method less original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, A Unique Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us at jeanette@auniqueboutique.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email jeanette@auniqueboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping packaging
We’ll make it right.
